I ordered my 7-stone oval cut wedding band from Ouros after having a really bad experience with a local jeweler. My experience with Ouros was the absolute best! Their communication was quick and frequent throughout the entire process. I expressed concern that my ring wouldn’t arrive in time, and Vijay expedited the order just in case, and continued checking on its location several days after he had shipped my order. The ring is absolutely stunning and I could not be happier with the craftsmanship and customer service that Vijay provided me. I am looking forward to ordering more pieces from Ouros Jewels in the future!

Working with the Ouros family is amazing! They are friendly-professional, and deliver high-quality products. I worked with them to create a unique lab-diamond ring (custom-cut into a butterfly) and they went above and beyond during the whole process. There are very few vendors out there who will cut diamonds in whimsical shapes, and Ouros is a great option. Shipping was extremely fast as well. A gorgeous pendant with 3 colour diamonds. I ordered a custom-made solitaire pendant with a red diamond initially, and it turned out to be an amazing piece of art! We changed the model of the pendant in the process, and they helped out with all the queries I had. They were very responsive and helpful along and throughout the project. I had a lovely experience from start to finish with Ouros family, friendly and professional with excellent communication and well made products.
