I ordered this in sterling silver and asked for rose gold plating. I also asked to change the stone to a heart shaped green diamond with a mint green background and they did it! It turned out beautiful.

Customer Service was not good at listening to what I wanted. They lacked the skills necessary to give me a refund. It might have been a different story if Customer Service was polite and professional but they were not.
