If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. My custom ring is beautiful. The lab created diamonds and the ring itself has so much sparkle! Vijay was very patient with me as they designed a ring to replace a lost family heirloom. After the first CAD design, I made several changes to get it to look like I remembered. It turned out beautiful. And I got it in United States so quickly. The CAD design, making of the ring, and subsequent shipping took under a month from order date until it was in my hands. I cannot thank Vijay and his crew enough.
