If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. If are having second thoughts or doubting Ouros Jewel's legitimacy, THIS IS YOUR SIGN that they are legitimate! You are only depriving yourself of great quality jewelry and AMAZING customer service. They are quite flexible and will work with your budget, even going as far as offering a payment plan. Their shipping time is around 2-3 days (from my experience, only speaking for myself). From start to finish, they are very proactive, really making you as involved as possible in the process which made me feel at ease instead of worrying if I am going to receive the products or not.
