If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. I'm incredibly pleased with my ring. Vijay kept me updated throughout the manufacturing process and told me exactly what was happening at each point in time. The ring also arrived earlier than estimated. I did pay extra for expedited shipping, which was well worth the price! Once shipped, my ring arrived in 4 days. The ring is absolutely stunning. Everything is finished and polished, including the interior, which a lot of jewelers leave rough because it is hidden by the stone. The diamonds are very bright and have amazing sparkle. Vijay sent a video showing that the stones tested as diamonds, and it was also confirmed by my jeweler here who is going to set my stone. The ring has a nice weight to it and feels like you get a good amount of gold, especially considering the low price. I'm highly recommend Ouros!!
