We offer both express and standard shipping options. With express shipping, once your order is ready and shipped, it will take 5-7 business days to be delivered to your doorstep. If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. I ordered an eternity lab created diamond band it is beautiful. More then I expected. Vijay was very helpful and wonderful to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again

STUNNING. I ordered a 3/4 eternity band from Vijay and it did not disappoint! The diamonds are high quality , extremely white (E-F, vs) and beautifully brilliant. He made the band sit as low as possible which is great for everyday wear. My ring was custom made and it arrived much quicker than expected. Love everything about it and most of all I love the customer service ! Thank you Vijay for your patience and help throughout the process.
