Wonderful craftsmanship on our piece of jewelry, and Ouros had phenomenal communication. They were very helpful and gave all the information I would need, and they were quick to respond, always responding to emails within the same day.

The stone is flawless and exactly as described. They even gave updates when they finished certain milestones in the completion process. They sent a video of the diamond and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the stone before proceeding with the ring. My fiancée loves it, and we couldn’t be happier.

Shipping was also express, and was swift. We received the finished ring not even a month after I purchased it. The price was also amazing, considering the craftsmanship and care that was put into this beautiful piece of art! Much love from me and my fiancée!
